Do I have to have Salesforce to use AcuScheduler?

Yes, AcuScheduler is a Salesforce scheduling application built native on the Salesforce platform. This means that AcuScheduler is only available within a Salesforce environment. If you have questions about how Salesforce could work for your business, please contact Kadence Collective.

What types of scheduling can AcuScheduler perform?

AcuScheduler currently offers Self-Scheduling, Delegated Scheduling, Salesforce Community Scheduling, and Web Site Scheduling.

Is there a charge for each appointment I schedule?

Unlike other scheduling apps, we don’t charge per appointment or place any caps on the number of appointments you can schedule.

Do I need to have a certain license type for Salesforce Community Scheduling?

Yes, AcuScheduler uses the Salesforce standard Event object. This object is currently accessible by Partner Community and Employee Apps & Community license types.

Do you offer support to set up AcuScheduler?

Yes, our Basic Plan includes up to 3 hours of support and our Business Plan includes up to 5 hours. When you sign up for one of our plans, you will have access to support with one of our Scheduling Experts to install and configure AcuScheduler. Our Scheduling Experts will ensure success by working with a Salesforce Certified Administrator from your organization. If you don’t have a Salesforce Certified Administrator to work with our Scheduling Expert, our paid Professional Services installation may be the best option for you.

Do you offer phone support?

Yes! Phone support is offered with our Business Plan.

How many AcuScheduler users do I need to have?

Every person you would like to have access to AcuScheduler will need to be set up as a user. For example, if you are a medical office with 5 front desk staff who all need access to AcuScheduler, you should purchase our Basic Plan (which includes 5 users), so that each staff member is a separate user. Having an individual AcuScheduler user for each staff member is best for your business to keep track of who did what – like who scheduled an appointment for a customer. That way, if there is ever a question about the appointment, everyone knows exactly who to ask.

How do I pay for AcuScheduler?

AcuScheduler can be paid for Annually by check, wire transfer, or credit card.
